Aholi foydalanishi uchun ajratilgan shahar hududlari ofis yoki turar joy binolarini qurishga mo‘ljallanmagan, ular o‘z vazifasiga ko‘ra xizmat qilishi zarur. Toshkent shahrining Mirobod tumanidagi “Lolazor” mahallasiga kelganimizda, mahalla ahli ekkan daraxtlar shafqatsizlarcha kesib, qo‘porib tashlanganiga guvoh bo‘ldik. Bolalar maydonchasi o‘rniga esa biznes markazi qurish rejalashtirilibdi. Odamlar dod deganicha bor – qurilishlar tufayli poytaxtdagi umumiy hovlilar, o‘yin va sport maydonchalari tag-tugi bilan yo‘q qilib yuborilyapti. Bosh prokuratura butun Toshkent shahri bo‘yicha bunday obyektlarni to‘liq inventarizatsiyadan o‘tkazadi. Qurilish uchun berilgan ruxsatnomalarning qonuniyligi, shaharsozlik me’yorlari va aholi huquqlariga qay darajada rioya qilinganini tekshirish shart. Agar qonunbuzarlik holatlari aniqlansa, mas’ul shaxslarga nisbatan murosasiz jazo choralari ko‘riladi, aybdorlar, kerak bo‘lsa, hatto ozodlikdan mahrum etiladi. — Городские пространства, отведённые под нужды людей, должны служить только своему назначению, а не использоваться под строительство офисов или жилых домов. К примеру, мы посетили махаллю «Лолазор» в Мирабадском районе столицы. Здесь варварски были уничтожены деревья, посаженные жителями, а на месте детской площадки планировалось построить бизнес-центр. Ташкентцы справедливо возмущаются строительными работами, которые уничтожают их родные дворы, игровые и спортивные площадки. Генеральная прокуратура проведёт инвентаризацию подобных объектов по всему Ташкенту. Важно проверить законность выданных разрешений на строительство, соблюдение градостроительных норм и прав жителей. И если выявятся нарушения, ответственные должны понести наказание, вплоть до лишения свободы.
