TelehubModeration Policy
TeleHub is a Telegram discovery platform that helps users find Telegram channels, groups, and bots across different categories. To keep the directory useful, safe, and trustworthy, we review submitted listings and may remove, reject, restrict, or update listings that violate our rules or create a poor experience for users.
Our Goal
TeleHub’s goal is to make Telegram discovery easier and safer by organizing public communities in one searchable directory. We want users to find active, useful, and relevant communities without being exposed to spam, scams, misleading listings, adult content, or unsafe links.
Listings on TeleHub are submitted by users, community owners, or visitors. A listing appearing on TeleHub does not mean TeleHub owns, operates, endorses, sponsors, or is responsible for that Telegram community.
Listing Review
TeleHub may review new submissions, edited listings, promoted listings, and reported listings. During review, we may check the listing title, description, category, image, Telegram link, and other submitted information.
We may reject or remove listings that appear unsafe, misleading, inactive, low quality, or against this policy.
Content We Do Not Allow
Illegal goods, services, or activities
Scams, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive offers
Stolen accounts, hacked accounts, or unauthorized access
Piracy, leaked content, or copyrighted material shared without permission
Drugs, weapons, or dangerous products
Gambling or betting communities
Hate, harassment, threats, or violent extremism
Malware, spam tools, botting tools, or harmful automation
Misleading investment promises, guaranteed profit claims, or pump-and-dump activity
Any content that may put users, advertisers, or the platform at risk
TeleHub may also remove listings that are mostly spam, inactive, duplicated, incorrectly categorized, or written in a misleading way.
Misleading Listings
Listings must accurately describe the Telegram community they link to. We may remove or edit listings that use fake claims, misleading titles, unrelated categories, fake member counts, impersonation, or descriptions that do not match the actual community.
Examples of misleading behavior include:
Claiming to be an official Telegram, brand, celebrity, or company community without proof
Using a safe description while linking to unsafe or unrelated content
Changing a Telegram group after approval to promote different content
Using fake urgency, fake giveaways, or deceptive earning claims
Images and Branding
Listing images, icons, and banners should be appropriate for a general audience. We may remove images that contain adult content, graphic content, hateful symbols, illegal promotions, misleading brand use, or copyrighted material used in a confusing way.
Reports and Enforcement
Users can report listings that appear unsafe, misleading, inactive, inappropriate, or against our rules. When we receive a report, we may review the listing and take action if needed.
Possible actions include:
Removing the listing
Rejecting a submission
Editing inaccurate listing information
Changing the listing category
Removing images or unsafe wording
Temporarily or permanently restricting repeat offenders
Removing paid promotion status if the listing violates our rules
TeleHub may take action at any time, with or without notice, to protect users and maintain directory quality.
Paid Listings
Paid placement does not guarantee approval and does not exempt a listing from this policy. Promoted listings must follow the same safety, quality, and accuracy standards as all other listings.
If a paid listing violates our rules, we may remove, restrict, or demote it.
No Endorsement
TeleHub is an independent directory. We do not own, operate, or control the Telegram communities listed on the site. A listing on TeleHub does not mean we endorse the community, its admins, its content, or any products or services offered inside the community.
Users should review any Telegram community before joining, sharing personal information, making purchases, or trusting advice.
User Safety
Before joining a Telegram community, users should be careful with communities that ask for money, private information, wallet access, login credentials, verification codes, or investment deposits. TeleHub recommends avoiding communities that promise guaranteed profits, pressure users to act quickly, or make unrealistic claims.
Policy Updates
We may update this Moderation Policy as TeleHub grows and as new safety issues appear. Continued use of TeleHub means users and submitters agree to follow the latest version of this policy.
