For years, DHS has arbitrarily limited expedited removal to 14 days even though it applies to illegal aliens who entered the country illegally within the last two years. Today, the DC Circuit vindicated our decision to apply the law as written. It’s not too late to take a $2,600 check and a free flight home!

The point of TPS is to delay a return home because TEMPORARY conditions do not allow it. In other words, everyone agrees you are going home, it’s a question of when. Some time ago, the Left and their proxies on the judiciary figured out they could slowly and quietly turn TPS into an amnesty program. Fundamentally, the Left is outraged because the gig is up.

When we won the TPS cases in the Supreme Court, we were clear. “It’s closing time. You don’t have to go home, but you can’t stay here.” Since that time, some have suggested that we have extended TPS and/or related work authorization by a few weeks as part of a wind down.
