Recently, Konami has revealed new information about SILENT HILL TOWNFALL and released a new trailer for the game. The events of "Townfall" take place in 1996. The protagonist (Simon Ordell) receives a strange radio message from a girl calling him to the town of Saint Amelia. But upon arrival, he discovers that all the people there have disappeared. And monsters roam the streets. The game will be played from a first-person perspective, similar to FPS shooters. But it seems like the gameplay will be more about stealth than shooting. Townfall is scheduled for release in 2026 on PC and PS5. In a few days, I'll also write an article with an analysis of all the new info about this project and my impressions of it.
