🇺🇸 In 2021, Kyle Rittenhouse was acquitted of all criminal charges related to the Kenosha shootings. He had killed two Antifa and wounded a third. Five key factors help explain why the jury found him not guilty: 1. Rittenhouse admitted that he fired the shots. 2. Rittenhouse argued that he acted in self-defense. 3. The three Antifa he shot had confronted or attacked him before he fired. 4. Wisconsin law did not impose a general duty to retreat. Under Wisconsin self-defense law, Rittenhouse was not automatically required to escape or retreat before defending himself. 5. Video evidence and witness testimony supported important parts of his self-defense argument. Today 🇦🇺 we send our biggest support to our Australian comrades, and in particular to Thomas Sewell. Last year, the White Australia Party and the NSN became the most preferred parties among the Gen Z and were progressing spectacularly. After defending themselves against Antifa terrorist groups, the authorities announced that they would ban the nationalist party and threatened anyone who attempted to create a new group with several decades in prison. Today, Sewell is appearing before the High Court of Australia in a case that raises a broader question: whether nationalist political movements can be designated as terrorist organisations and effectively outlawed in Australia.
