Recently, Central West Virginia was struck by a devastating flood, leaving many residents in distress and in need of assistance. In response, members of the Appalachia Active Club and Patriot Front swiftly mobilized to provide essential supplies such as food, water, diapers, and other necessities to those affected by the disaster. After distributing essential supplies and assisting local residents, the activists gathered for a bare-knuckle boxing session. What began as a day dedicated to community service transformed into an opportunity for members to strengthen their camaraderie, discipline, and physical resilience through shared training. The day demonstrated that strength extends beyond physical ability, it is also found in the willingness to stand up and help our people when they need it most. By combining mutual aid, fellowship, and physical training, the members strengthened their bonds with one another while giving back to those affected by the flooding.
