Toncenter API: Telegram Wallet Support — Added recognition of the tg-wallet smart contract and its state. — Added the change_wallet_key action with the new_public_key, rotation_signature, encrypted_old_private_key fields, all encoded as hexadecimal strings. — Added the gasless_request action for tg-wallet and wallet-v5. Actions initiated by a gasless request include the parent_gasless_action field, linking them to the originating gasless_request action. The new features are now available on the public mainnet and testnet endpoints of the Toncenter API (v2 and v3).
